Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
If an exchange is requested, a return shipping label will be issued. Once the item has been received and inspected, a new shipment will be processed and you will receive an updated tracking number


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened or a restocking fee may be applied. After the return has been received, inspected, and approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.
